General Information

I had treatment for a root canal infection in early 2017. It had been a source of pain for around 5 years without my knowing exactly what it was. Since Mikes treatment there is no pain in the affected tooth, no pain in the jaw directly above and as amazing as it seems no reoccurring ear infection in the ear next to it. I cant recommend the clinic more highly, they are professional ,very skilled and because I went to sleep during treatment twice...remarkably pain free.

I had a fantastic experience with Mike Gordon and the team.  I visited twice for treatment travelling up from Gisborne, it was a very enjoyable experience for getting treatment done on my tooth, which for myself dentist treatment is not something i usually enjoy. Loren on the front desk was very helpful, very happy and positive which was awesome especially when i was a bit nervous while waiting.  Mike and the dental assistant were great!  Mike went through everything he was going to be doing to my tooth on the first visit which was awesome for me to see.  Overall great experience!

When you nearly fall asleep in the dentist chair it is a good sign. Also one thing I did notice is usually after leaving the dentist your mouth is still numb from the injection, however this has not occurred with both appointments for my treatment.

I was not looking forward to my tooth being treated but can say with all honesty that it was a breeze, lovely caring treatment by Mike and his staff.

I was very impressed with the treatment I received from Dr Mike Gordon and his staff - their service and treatment of me was outstanding.  I can be a sensitive, somewhat difficult client to treat when it comes to dentistry and, yet, I never once felt uncomfortable nor that I was being demanding through the course of my four treatments.  Dr Gordon made me feel very comfortable, explained exactly what was happening at every stage of the treatment, and delivered excellent, professional customer service.  Furthermore, I am very pleased with the outcome of the treatment to my teeth.  Thank you very much.
