I can't speak highly enough of the team. Loren is exceptional, showing empathy from the first contact. She treated me like a friend which put me at ease. Having TMJ/ongoing pain, there's always a fear you won't be taken seriously, but Mike was amazing. He listened, was understanding and shared his wealth of knowledge to help me understand my dental issues. He has an open, professional manner which instills confidence in his diagnosis. The assistant who did my scans was just lovely. All in all I rate them A+.

I had a fantastic experience with Mike Gordon and the team.  I visited twice for treatment travelling up from Gisborne, it was a very enjoyable experience for getting treatment done on my tooth, which for myself dentist treatment is not something i usually enjoy. Loren on the front desk was very helpful, very happy and positive which was awesome especially when i was a bit nervous while waiting.  Mike and the dental assistant were great!  Mike went through everything he was going to be doing to my tooth on the first visit which was awesome for me to see.  Overall great experience!

When a patient can fall asleep in the dentist chair, its a great sign the dentist woking has given the patient complete confidence and comfort for the treatment!!

When you nearly fall asleep in the dentist chair it is a good sign. Also one thing I did notice is usually after leaving the dentist your mouth is still numb from the injection, however this has not occurred with both appointments for my treatment.

I had treatment for a root canal infection in early 2017. It had been a source of pain for around 5 years without my knowing exactly what it was. Since Mikes treatment there is no pain in the affected tooth, no pain in the jaw directly above and as amazing as it seems no reoccurring ear infection in the ear next to it. I cant recommend the clinic more highly, they are professional ,very skilled and because I went to sleep during treatment twice...remarkably pain free.

I was not looking forward to my tooth being treated but can say with all honesty that it was a breeze, lovely caring treatment by Mike and his staff.

I find having my teeth scrapped of plaque a far more daunting experience. The injections are wondeful and its hard not to go to sleep while lying in the chair!
