We are now open as normal: Mondays-Thursdays and every second Friday.

It is important that we reassure our patients that very little has changed for us by way of treatment protocol. The treatment and management of oral disease and infection is what we do, and our staff are highly trained in cross-infection control.

We need to advise however, that we do not have the ability to treat anyone who answers “Yes” to any of the following questions:

• Have you had a confirmed case of COVID-19 (current or recovered), or have you come into contact with a COVID-19 positive person?
• Do you have any symptoms such as cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of smell or taste?
• Have you, or anyone living with you returned from overseas in the last 14 days or been in contact with someone in quarantine, or who works in an isolation facility?

We will however be able to provide further information regarding options if this is the case. For the safety of our staff, other patients, and yourself, please be truthful in your answers. Please be sure to notify us of any changes to your health or circumstances at any time. We are asking our patients to work with these small changes so we can keep everyone safer while managing your endodontic needs.

This endodontic practice was the first for Hamilton, opening its doors at the end of 2004 to offer specialist endodontic care to the greater Waikato, Coromandel and Bay of Plenty regions. The practice is located in a state of the art purpose-built medical facility in John Sullivan House, in the Anglesea Medical Complex.                        


Specialist endodontic equipment was purchased in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. All treatment is completed using the Global Surgical operating microscope and integrated endodontic instruments from ASI. We use a-dec ergonomic padded dental chairs for your comfort. X-rays are taken digitally to minimise radiation exposure and allow more accurate diagnosis. Record keeping is electronic using the TDO software written by a leading endodontist in the United States, right down to signing documents.

I had a fantastic experience with Mike Gordon and the team.  I visited twice for treatment travelling up from Gisborne, it was a very enjoyable experience for getting treatment done on my tooth, which for myself dentist treatment is not something i usually enjoy. Loren on the front desk was very helpful, very happy and positive which was awesome especially when i was a bit nervous while waiting.  Mike and the dental assistant were great!  Mike went through everything he was going to be doing to my tooth on the first visit which was awesome for me to see.  Overall great experience!
